Part of a Global Industrial Group.
Focused on the Asia-Pacific Market.
Ever-Power Roller Chain is an Australian-based B2B operation within the global Ever-Power industrial group. We specialise in the supply of roller chains with sawtooth side plates, standard simplex and duplex roller chains, connecting links, offset links, pin links, and matched sprockets.
Our technical team works directly with OEM engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement departments across mining, food and beverage, timber, bulk-materials handling, and general manufacturing sectors throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Every product we ship carries documented traceability back to raw-material batch certification — a requirement we impose on ourselves, not just on our supply chain.
How We Make Every Chain
Six documented stages from raw coil to tested, oiled, and packaged chain.
Steel Strip Procurement
Coil steel sourced to defined carbon and alloy specifications. Chemical analysis and hardness sampling on every incoming batch before entering production.
High-Speed Blanking
Automated presses cut plate profiles and punch pin holes to tight positional tolerances. Vision-based sampling checks every Nth part.
Carburising and Heat Treatment
Plates and rollers through mesh-belt continuous furnace under controlled atmosphere. Oil quenching and tempering to specified case depth and core hardness.
Automatic Assembly
High-speed machines press pins, insert rollers, and close side plates at controlled interference fits with real-time press-force monitoring.
Pre-Loading and Bedding
Assembled chains through pull-preloading station under controlled tension, reducing in-service elongation during initial running-in on new drives.
100% Pull-Force Testing
Every finished chain proof-loaded and length-checked. Chains outside tolerance quarantined. Data recorded against batch number and retained.

Test Results Travel with the Batch — Not Days Behind It.
Vickers Hardness Testing
HV5 Vickers tester verifies case hardness of plates and rollers against the specified range for every heat-treatment batch.
Chemical Analysis
Optical emission spectrometry confirms carbon, manganese, chromium, and alloying elements before and after heat treatment.
Metallographic Examination
Polished cross-sections reviewed under calibrated metalloscope to verify case depth, microstructure, and absence of decarburisation.
Surface Roughness Measurement
Contact-type roughness tester checks pin and bush bore surface finish to confirm lubricant film retention characteristics.
Ultimate Tensile Testing
Samples from every batch taken to destruction to verify minimum tensile strength against the applicable ISO or ANSI standard.
Third-Party Verified. Annually Audited.
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Quality Management System and Environmental Management System certification. Third-party audited annually. Scope covers design, manufacturing, testing, and dispatch of roller chain products.
API-Compliant Batches
Select product lines manufactured to API specification tolerances. Applicable to oil and gas and petrochemical sector procurement requirements where API documentation is mandatory at point of supply.
What We Stand For
Precision Over Volume
We run tighter tolerances than the standard demands. Higher scrap rates in production are a cost we absorb — not one we pass on as inferior product.
Long-Term Partnerships
Most of our customers have worked with us for more than five years. We attribute that to honest lead-time communication, transparent pricing, and no surprises on specification or delivery.
Environmental Responsibility
ISO 14001 is not a marketing credential for us. It structures how we manage steel scrap recovery, quench oil disposal, and process wastewater at the facility level on a daily basis.
Documented Accountability
Every quality claim we make is backed by process documentation, third-party certification, or on-site test data. We do not ask customers to take our word for it.
